Welcome to the official National Family Development Credential Program! Over 20,000 family workers – from almost every State -- have earned the prestigious Family Development Credential. For many, this training is an important step in career advancement. The Credential is recognized nation-wide, as all FDC programs share the Core Principles, follow the common curriculum of Empowerment Skills for Family Workers by Dr. Claire Forest, and meet the same rigorous standards.
